No one got back to me

I am VERY disappointed. I have bought many planner from this company. I sent an email the day I received my planner. The wire spine was bent near the top. It doesn't allow me to open it smoothy. I have heard NOTHING from the company about a replacement. I do not pay this kind of money to not get a really good product. I am disappointed that I haven't heard from anyone.
