Can you personalize our items?

Our planners currently come as is. We do not offer any customization options at this time. We cannot add to or take away from the design or layout. As our business grows, we hope to provide more options.

How long will it take to get my order?

All of our packaging is done manually with an added personal touch. The time needed to prepare an order for shipping may vary, but on average, takes within 2-3 business days.  Longer fulfillment times can be expected during the holiday season.  Once your order is in possession of USPS or UPS, we have NO CONTROL over the order past that point.  Average time of shipping is often 3 days from the time you receive a shipping confirmation from us.

I have not received a shipping confirmation.  Where is my order?

As stated above, all of our processing and packaging is done manually.  We process orders on a first received, first served basis.  Sometimes we receive a large volume of orders during sales or clearance times, which can extend the fulfillment time.  We appreciate your patience and we will have it to you ASAP!

I put the wrong address on the package! What should I do?

Always double and triple check that your address is correct. We will not be responsible for any additional fees that may incur due to a wrong address. BERTEAU & Co. is also not responsible for any undeliverable packages or packages destroyed, lost or stolen during the shipping process.  If you notice an error when typing in your address on your invoice, please fill out our Contact Us form within 48 hours of purchase.

I need to cancel my order. What do I do?

If you need to cancel an order, please fill out our Contact Us Form within 48 hours of purchase.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Do you ship internationally?

Although we primarily ship within the 48 contiguous states, we do accept international orders. International buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs levied from the cost of US postage fees and vary by country and package content. BERTEAU & Co. has no way in calculating or collecting these duties, which are imposed at the sole discretion of your government with regard to your country's tax law regulations and/or your local post office.

When purchasing an item from our website, international buyers accept full responsibility for any charges imposed on said purchase at the time of delivery.

Note: Overseas shipping can take several weeks and may be subject to customs delays. Please contact your postal service for more information.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We want you to be happy and feel awesome with our merchandise!  If you feel anything less than that, we wish to help make things better! 

  • We can accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
  • You have 30 days to request a return for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
  • A return label can be e-mailed to you and we will pay for you to return your items.  The return label MUST be printed within 24-hours or it will expire.  No new label reissues will be made.  The customer will be responsile for incurring the return shipping costs afterward.
