No returns or refunds. If your item arrives damaged, please email brittney@berteauandco.com to discuss a replacement for the damaged item.

Our items cannot be customized. We do not offer any customization options at this time. We cannot add to or take away from the design or layout. As our business grows, we hope to provide more options.

Once you place your order, we aim to ship it within 24–72 hours. Each package is hand-packed with care. You'll receive an automatic email with tracking info when your shipping label is created.
After your order is with USPS or UPS, we have no control over delivery and only see the same tracking details you do. Please allow extra time during back-to-school season or when new designs launch.

All processing and packaging is done by hand and we take great pride and care when packaging your order.
Once your shipping label is printed, you'll automatically receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package from our warehouse to your door.

Always double and triple check that your address is correct. We will not be responsible for any additional fees that may incur due to a wrong address. BERTEAU & Co. is also not responsible for any undeliverable packages or packages destroyed, lost or stolen during the shipping process. Please email us IMMEDIATELY at jason@berteauandco.com and brittney@berteauandco.com. There is no guarantee that we will be able to update the shipping address for you but we will make every effort to do so.

Order cancellations are not guaranteed. We try to ship our orders in a very timely manner. If you wish to cancel an order, please email jason@berteauandco.com and brittney@berteauandco.com immediately after you place your order. We will try to get the order cancelled but if it has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
